The major refurbishment of this Grade II listed building entailed the replacement of all electrical and mechanical installations to
provide full air conditioning throughout.

All windows, and internal finishes were replaced together with bathrooms, kitchens, saunas, ceilings, doors and flooring.

New roof and restoration of external Portland stone cladding and Bell Tower completes the scope of the works to this most interesting multi-functional building which is the main focal
