Works to this Edwardian terraced property involved the installation of a communal door entry system, external repairs to brick arches and external decorations.
Extensive structural alterations were carried out to the 3rd floor requiring the installation of steel beams, this allowed the removal of the internal load bearing walls and approximately one third of the roof structure to accommodate a bespoke sliding rooflight and glazed floor panels to create a bright and contemporary living area.
A steel staircase with glass balustrading provides access form the top floor out onto the decked roof terrace via the open rooflight.
The second floor has been completely reconfigured to now provide a master bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, study and utility.
