Our directors:

Feargal McEneaney

Managing Director

Feargal McEneaney has been at Firmco for 14 years as Director and has recently taken over as Managing Director. Key skills include project planning, contract management, dealing with client expectations. He is a member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and the Institute of Directors (FIoD).

David Elwick


David Elwick¬†remains a Firmco Director following his recent retirement as MD. His career has seen him progress through a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship in the 70's to Site and Contracts management and then his appointment as Managing Director in 1997. David takes an overview and acts as a consultant to the company while also maintaining personal contact with staff and clients by regular project site visits. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of building (MCIOB)  

Mark Heady


Mark Heady has been a Director for the past 22 years. He has progressed from an indentured apprenticeship to site management and contracts management. Mark has responsibility for all facets of contract management, including supervision of Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers, monitoring Sub-Contractor performance and project timetables. He is a fellow of the Institute of Directors (FIoD).

Ray Wallace

Finance Director

Ray Wallace has been with Firmco for a number of years having worked on the financial side of the construction industry for over 20 years. He has ultimate responsibility for all financial aspects of the business including reports, project calculations, overheads reductions and is also the Company Secretary. Ray is involved in all HR matters and manages the annual budget process, prepares and submits annual statutory accounts and liaises with the auditors.
